I was taught to poke a hole in the big end of the shell with a thumb tack before boiling them. The water can then get in between the membrane? and the shell making peeling easy peasy!

Whenever I make hard boiled eggs, I always have to make an extra one for me lol.. For some reason, I like to have just one when its still warm, and I usually? burn my mouth lol.. but its worth it!
